1. Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to leave the festival.
  2. We will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at Dixie Fields. If you can’t provide valid identification when asked, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID. If you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification. Valid forms of ID include:
    • An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
    • A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
    • A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
  3. Adult Tickets can only be used by persons aged 18 or over.
  4. Child (aged 17 & under) tickets can only be purchased by persons over the age of 21.
  5. By purchasing an under 18 ticket you are confirming that you are either the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian of the teen or child for whom you are purchasing.
  6. Child and Teen ticket holders can only enter the festival with the person who purchased their ticket i.e. their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian. Any Teen Ticket holders attempting to enter the festival without this person will be denied entry to the festival. For safety reasons, any persons attempting to enter the festival with a Child Ticket holder that they are not the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian for will be denied entry.
  7. Nominated guardians must complete a Non-Legal Guardianship Form and bring this with them to the festival. As with parents and legal guardians, the nominated guardian must be over the age of 21 to accompany an under 18 ticket holder to the festival and comply with the other rules regarding entry.
  8. Each adult attending can accompany up to a maximum of 2 ticket holders who are younger than 18.
  9. Under 18 Ticketholders must be accompanied by their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian at all times after 10pm.
  10. Child or young adult ticket holders who are under 16 must not be unaccompanied in any area of the Dixie Fields site at any time.
  11. Prior written permission is needed by STS Events Ltd to use Dixie Fields tickets in any sales promotions, media, marketing, reward programmes, staff incentives, raffles, auctions or general competitions.
  12. Tickets and wristbands are strictly non-refundable.
  13. Any litter must be disposed of using the appropriate recycling and rubbish bins or taken home from the site.
  14. Non-Camping Weekend Tickets do not include overnight camping and you are not permitted to bring any camping equipment into the festival. You are not permitted to bring any alcohol into the festival. Please refer to the Dixie Fields ticketing team on site for detailed information on re-entry. You will be subject to searches each time you enter the event.

  2. Dixie Fields want all guests to have the best time and make fabulous memories. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.
  3. No admission without a valid ticket (so don’t lose it).
  4. Weekend Ticket holders (Friday arrival): Car parks and campsites open at 4pm on Friday 12th July.
  5. No entry to the site after midnight (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) or after 8.30pm on Sunday.
  6. Campsites and car parks close at 12 noon on Sunday 14th July.
  7. Items not permitted at Dixie Fields: illegal drugs and/or psychoactive substances, laughing gas/NOS, Chinese lanterns, fireworks/flares, smoke canisters, camping gas canisters above 5kg, generators of any kind, portable/chemical toilets, beanbags, glass of any kind, drones, laser equipment or pens, inflatable chairs / loungers, paint spray cans, klaxons / air horns / megaphones (or other similar items capable of making loud noise), personal motorized vehicles (unless a mobility scooter), animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), large sound systems, unauthorised or professional film or video equipment, excessive amounts of alcohol (see point 14), high visibility bibs and jackets, poles, banners and flags (small static flag poles in the campsites are allowed), and any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon including penknives and cutlery). This is not an exhaustive list and any other items may be confiscated at the discretion of the security teams on the day.
  8. Large soundsystems are not permitted and you will be asked to leave them outside the event. Small portable speakers such as Minirigs are allowed to be brought into the campsites but please be considerate to your neighbours.
  9. Children (Age 12 & Under) can attend but you must obtain a ticket for them.
  10. Ticket holders (including all minors) agree to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
  11. Guests may be searched on entry to the event. Specialist detection dogs may be on site for this event. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested and you will be asked to leave the premises with no refund.
  12. Alcohol can be brought into the campsite on first entry only with a Weekend Camping Ticket. For clarification, Day ticketholders cannot bring alcohol into the venue.
  13. You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind. There are no exceptions.
  14. Campervans (& Motorhomes), caravans and trailer tents are permitted as long as they fulfil the criteria laid out on the Camping information page.
  15. We have a no naked flame policy in the campsite. Fires, flares, fireworks etc will extinguished by our festival fire service. HOWEVER, there are fire lanes in the campsites where you’ll be able to use small BBQs – your BBQ MUST be at least 1ft off the ground. For safety reasons, you must NOT have a disposable BBQ placed directly on the grass. Please dispose of them in the BBQ bins once completely extinguished. You are welcome to safely use small camping stoves outside your tent. Please read our camping safety advice here.
  16. No pets or animals are allowed on the festival site other than assistance dogs.
  17. The promoter reserves the right to change the line up of the festival and there will be no refunds offered should this be necessary. Ticket holders will be notified of any changes in line-up at the first possible opportunity.
  18. Your safety is of utmost important to us. On rare occasions we may have to close arenas and/or stages. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity, or to ensure the safety and security of guests, or for any other reasons the Dixie Fields organisers reasonably consider this to be necessary.
  19. Dixie Fields and STS Events Ltd accept no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by any customer as a result of any event outside our control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  20. Lost property will be held in the information tent for the duration of the event and will be held by the organisers for a period of four weeks after the festival and if unclaimed, will subsequently be destroyed.
